  • Deliveries are only done during working hours(0830hrs-1600hrs)
  • Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts

7. Click & Collect (If Applicable)

Customers may choose to collect orders from our physical store at:

Valid identification or order confirmation may be required upon collection.

8. Refund & Returns Policy

We aim to provide fresh and high-quality products. If you are not satisfied, the following conditions apply:

8.1 Perishable Goods (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meat)

  • Must be reported within 12 hours of delivery or purchase
  • Eligible for:
    • Replacement, or
    • Refund (at our discretion)
  • Items must be unused and in original condition where applicable

8.2 Non-Perishable Goods

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

8.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Notify us immediately (preferably with photos)
  • We will arrange:
    • Replacement, or
    • Full refund

8.4 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items (unless defective)
  • Perishable goods not reported within 12 hours
  • Items damaged due to customer handling

8.5 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible

9. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
