8. Refund & Returns Policy

8.1 Perishable Goods (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meat)

• Eligible for:
  • Replacement, or
  • Refund (at our discretion)
• Items must be unused and in original condition where applicable

8.2 Non-Perishable Goods

• Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase
• Items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

8.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items
